We have preserved the best features from the original site, such as the e-mail list, and added some pretty cool new ones, like an on-line store. [If you receive this, the e-mail list still works! The on-line store will not be active until we complete our inventory and order new merchandise.] We have created a cleaner look, and simplified site navigation. One major goal was to create separate areas for each of our three teams. As a result, you will see a new menu at the top of the screen that is intended primarily for players and parents. The top menu contains links to separate Varsity, JV, and Frosh team sites, plus much more. Why not browse around the site? You will find some surprises and may even win a prize. The first person to e-mail info@rbfootball.org with the two words immediately following the phrase “Our New Website”, which is hidden somewhere on the site, will receive a free 2012 RB Broncos Football tee shirt. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to offer prizes for finding bugs – broken links and so forth – we might go broke! But if you find any, please send them to info@rbfootball.org. First hiccup of this change…Valentine’s Day falls on the 2nd Tuesday of February.  With respect for the romantics :)   we decided to change the meeting to the first Tuesday of February.  Second hiccup…too many people have notified me that they had scheduling conflicts.

So…our next Grid Iron Club meeting will be WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8th.  Please make a note of this special Wednesday meeting date.  Same time 7pm.  Same place E16.

2012 RB Football Broncos wants you!  Start with attending the Grid Iron Meeting Monday night.  We will meet at 7pm in E16 (directly across from the Athletic Office on campus)…Monday, January 9th.  We need to fill positions.  You can do it!  There are so many ways to be involved.

Positions available:  Vice President, Apparel Coordinator, Team Liaison Coordinators, Game Day Team Meal Coordinators, Senior Night Coordinators, Team Banquet Coordinators

These positions will be supported by the whole GIC ~ you need not fear the fancy titles :)     Let’s make this a fun and successful volunteer season!

He attended St. Mary’s College, where he played football for the Gaels.

After earning his Master’s Degree at Columbia University, he taught history and coached football and baseball at Mira Costa High School, until he was able to return to his alma mater in 2007. Since he has been back at RBHS, he has been teaching history and has coached freshman baseball, and football on all three levels.

Tristan lives in Rancho Bernardo with his wife, Alisha, and his son, Mason (2).

He played outside linebacker and defensive end at Humboldt State University, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in History.

He coached at Rancho Buena Vista High School from 2003-2008, serving in many positions, but most notably as the head freshman football coach.

Myles currently lives in Escondido with his wife of 10 years, Amanda, and their two children, daughter Jade (9), and son Matthew (5).
